Responsibilities
- Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized real estate solutions.
- Property Listings: Manage property listings, ensuring accurate and appealing presentations to attract potential buyers or renters.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitive landscape.
- Sales and Negotiation: Facilitate property viewings, handle negotiations, and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for property listings, including social media campaigns and traditional advertising.
- Documentation and Compliance: Prepare and review contracts, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and manage all necessary documentation for transactions.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Skills
- 1-2 years' of sales experience with valid UAE Driving license
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation abilities, presentable and proficiency with real estate software and online marketing tools
- Preference given to Arabic and British candidates
- Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred. However, motivated individuals with a passion for real estate and a strong willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required
