If you are chosen, you will join a dynamically accelerating company in business services based in Dubai. These are all the cool things you will be responsible for:
- Promote, negotiate, and close deals to organize and execute company establishment and B2G projects on behalf of clients (company registration, product registration, PRO services, etc.) according to client’s requirements.
- Provide services and consultations to multinational companies.
- Meet with potential clients when needed and perform an initial assessment of the client’s regulatory and B2G requirements.
- Collect information about the client’s business through a variety of methods (interviews, emails, reading reports etc.)
- Gathering, evaluating, organizing, and collating regulatory data against all categories will provide solutions and recommendations to increase client profitability, efficiency, and regulatory flexibility.
- Formulate recommendations and solutions with attention to a client’s wishes, capabilities, and limitations, forming concise proposals.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations set by the authorities is already in place.
- Keeping up to date with changes in regulatory legislation and guidelines
- Present proposals and suggestions to clients with ample justification and practical advice
- Develop detailed plans to execute proposals as projects.
- Communicate the requirements to the delivery team for execution of the project.
- Remain in contact with the client throughout the delivery process as customer support.
- Co-ordinate with the finance team for invoicing and payments according to company policies
- Assist the delivery team in resolving any occasional discrepancies.
- Upsell and cross-sell the client on additional services that Bizzmosis offers which may provide added efficiencies or cost-savings to the client’s operations.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Skills
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree holder is MANDATORY.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the corporate services industry in the UAE.
- Knowledge of the UAE regulatory framework (Economic Department, Free Zones, Regulatory Authorities such as DHA, KHDA, MOCCAE Municipality) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in implementing processes to comply with regulatory requirements.
- Ability to demonstrate sound judgment even in complex and uncertain situations
KEY SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Knowledge of B2G services such as company and product registration, PRO services, and regulatory requirements and benefits of different kinds of government licenses
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Extroverted personality with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in sales
- Familiarity with government affairs is an advantage.
