Purpose of Job
- Provide Assurance to Senior Management that ADNOC Requirements for Health, Safety and Environment Impact Assessments (HSEIA) are met throughout Company , by managing Regional HSEIA studies and developing & coordinating the implementation of systems & procedures that ensure execution of HSEIA Studies for all Company projects and timely submittal of such studies to ADNOC for approval.
Minimum Job Requirements
- B.Sc. in an Engineering Discipline or equivalent.
- 8 years’ experience in Health, Safety, Environment & Fire within oil & gas industry of which 2-3 years should have been in a Sr. Engineer position.
- Ability to demonstrate professional skills in managing the activities within the HSE Framework.
- Strong skills in working through major organizational change.
- Strong presentation and effective communication skills.
- Knowledgeable about HSEMS, HSES procedures and HSE Practices, BAT’s.
- Ability to prioritize according to business strategy.
- Technical HSE procedural writing abilities and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of English Language.
- Strong computer skills
