Job Description:
As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our holiday homes portfolio. Your role will involve managing day-to-day services, coordinating, and maintaining the highest quality of service to ensure guest satisfaction. You will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence and maximizing the performance of our properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee all operational activities, including property maintenance, housekeeping, and guest services, ensuring they are executed to the highest standards.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure they meet company standards and guest expectations. Address any issues promptly to maintain quality and safety.
- Guest Experience: Manage guest communications, including check-ins and check-outs, and provide support during their stay to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors and service providers, such as cleaners, maintenance teams, and security, to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
- Logistics and Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels for supplies, linens, and guest amenities, ensuring all properties are well-stocked and prepared for guest arrivals.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of operations, including maintenance logs, guest feedback, and financial transactions. Prepare regular reports for management review.
- Compliance: Ensure all properties comply with local regulations and company policies, including health and safety standards.
- Driving Duties: Utilize your own vehicle to travel between properties as needed for inspections, guest services, and other operational tasks. Maintain an organized schedule to manage multiple properties efficiently.

- Driving License: Valid driving license with access to your own vehicle is required.
