- Ticketing: Coordinate and manage travel bookings, ensuring accuracy, compliance with policies, and handling any changes or cancellations. Maintain up-to-date records of all travel arrangements and report on travel expenses.
- Fleet: Manage and assign vehicles, coordinate maintenance, track performance and compliance, optimize routes and fuel usage, and report on fleet operations and expenses.
- Accommodation: Manage staff housing, leases, and transportation, handle inquiries and issues, monitor budget, ensure compliance, negotiate rentals, and resolve accommodation-related problems while maintaining health, safety, and accessibility standards
- CSR & Event Planning: Assist with CSR programs and community partnerships, support corporate events, handle logistics, track expenses, coordinate with vendors, and help with reporting and evaluating initiatives.
- Uniform: Manage staff uniforms by overseeing distribution, collection, and maintenance, ensuring correct sizes and accessories, monitoring inventory, ordering new uniforms, coordinating fittings, and handling any related issues.
- Reception Duties: Provide reception coverage by answering phones, greeting visitors, managing the area, handling mail and courier services, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience:
- 2 or less years’ relevant experience.
- Experience in ticketing, uniform management, or reception is preferred.
Language: English.
