Roles & Responsibilities:
- Gather and compile HR data from various sources such as employee surveys, payroll records, recruitment processes, and performance evaluations.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports that provide insights into HR metrics like turnover rates, time to hire, employee engagement, and compensation trends.
- Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with HR leadership to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Conduct benchmarking studies to ensure the organization’s HR practices and policies are competitive.
- Maintain and update HR databases and systems to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Skills

- Proficiency in HRIS systems, Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI

Qualifications:
