Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles within the organization.
• Collaborate with senior management to forecast staffing needs and create recruitment plans accordingly.
• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
• Source candidates using a variety of channels, including online job portals, social media, headhunting, and networking events.
• Build a strong talent pipeline by maintaining relationships with passive candidates and developing a network of potential future hires.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability for the company and specific roles.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with department heads and senior management.
• Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations, and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Promote the company’s employer brand by participating in industry events, job fairs etc...
• Work on initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice within the Dubai job market.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and HC personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure recruitment goals are met.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and training opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities.
• Work closely with department heads to understand their specific hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
Skills
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Human capital Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes in Dubai, ideally within the Real Estate Industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and administrative software.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of Dubai’s labor market and employment laws.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Fluency in English and Arabic
