The Role:
As a Cleaner on the restaurant team, you will be responsible for performing all cleaning duties according to posted cleaning charts, stocking and rotating all needed supplies in the service areas and dining room, and disposing of all trash.
Your other tasks will include:
- Clearing, cleaning and resetting tables, chairs, and booths after guests leave.
- Picking up, sorting and washing all china, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, utensils, etc.
- Unloading, unboxing, rotating and storing food, equipment, and supplies.
- - Additional assignments and tasks may be assigned to you by the restaurant management, as required
