  • Help oversee all human resources departmental activities and tasks, such as hiring and appointment procedures, competency management programs, payroll, compensation, and rewards systems, as well as personnel services like social services, insurance, and other benefit programs. Additionally, monitor and guarantee that staff members adhere to human resources policies, procedures, and regulations. 
  •  Communicating with external recruitment agencies. 
  • Discussing and setting qualification requirements and employment terms with managers.
  • Drafting detailed job descriptions.
  • Producing reports on recruitment plans and strategies.
  • Full recruitment cycle. 

Skills

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources.
  • At least 3 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in using human resource management software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to use social networks and post job advertisements.
  • Understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in communication skills with different personalities.
  • Ability to manage and organize time and prioritize tasks.
  • Headhunting skills.
