We’re seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to align HR initiatives with business goals and drive key HR strategies across the organization. This role focuses on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

- Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with a focus on business partnering and talent acquisition.
- Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and recruitment strategies.
