We are seeking for a talented Operations Executives with experience in Hospitality or Tourism industry, to join one of our clients in Dubai.
Job responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the company, including tours, activities, and customer service.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with tour guides, drivers, and other staff to ensure smooth execution of tours and services.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of tours and activities, making adjustments as necessary to improve customer experience.
- Manage the company’s resources, including vehicles, equipment, and inventory.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and promote new tour packages and offerings.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards in all operations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and effectively.
- Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize cost-efficiency.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of employees.
- Coordinate with external partners, such as hotels and transportation providers, to ensure quality service delivery.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to enhance performance and service quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to drive business growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Tourism Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the tourism or hospitality industry.
Proven experience in managing operations and leading a team.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with reservation and booking software.
Knowledge of local attractions, culture, and tourism trends
