Job Summary:

The Customer Service Executive is responsible for providing excellent service to customers by efficiently handling currency transactions, remittances, and other financial services. They will play a key role in achieving branch targets while ensuring compliance with regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

Branch Operations:

  • Conduct remittances, payments, and payroll transactions in line with UAE Central Bank regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle large cash volumes securely and reconcile cash drawers accurately.

Customer Service:

  • Assist customers with inquiries and financial transactions.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Protect customer data and maintain confidentiality.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and support each other in achieving branch targets.
  • Train new staff on products, services, and processes.


Key Performance Indicators:

  • Achievement of individual and branch targets.
  • High accuracy in cash handling and transaction processing.
  • Compliance with regulatory standards and documentation.
  • Positive customer feedback and minimal complaints.




Skills

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or cash handling.
  • Strong communication skills and knowledge of financial products and regulations.
  • Experience in the financial sector with a focus on remittances and compliance.
