Job Summary:
The Customer Service Executive is responsible for providing excellent service to customers by efficiently handling currency transactions, remittances, and other financial services. They will play a key role in achieving branch targets while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Branch Operations:
- Conduct remittances, payments, and payroll transactions in line with UAE Central Bank regulations.
- Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, and regulatory requirements.
- Handle large cash volumes securely and reconcile cash drawers accurately.
Customer Service:
- Assist customers with inquiries and financial transactions.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Protect customer data and maintain confidentiality.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and support each other in achieving branch targets.
- Train new staff on products, services, and processes.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Achievement of individual and branch targets.
- High accuracy in cash handling and transaction processing.

Skills
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or cash handling.
