Job Description:

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Cleaner Supervisor to oversee our housekeeping team in Dubai. The role involves ensuring that the hotel’s cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently met, while also managing and training the cleaning staff.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage a team of cleaners to ensure all areas of the hotel are cleaned to high standards.
Assign tasks and schedules to the cleaning team based on hotel needs.
Inspect rooms, lobbies, and common areas to ensure cleanliness and readiness.
Train and guide cleaning staff on proper cleaning procedures and safety standards.
Handle guest complaints or special cleaning requests professionally and efficiently.
Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Report any maintenance or repair needs to management.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping supervisory role.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and health and safety procedures.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
