Overall Objective of the Role:
Responsible for achieving eCommerce business objectives within the allocated customer/channel set, by interacting with customers to understand their business models and ensuring optimum engagement with individual business groups/brands.
Key Deliverables:
- Develop business within the allocated customer/channel set.
- Ensure optimal product availability on the customer platform based on agreed MSL or customer model.
- Provide best-in-class product content for each SKU through engagement with brand owners, business groups, and customers.
- Ensure allocated eCommerce customers meet objectives in terms of timely payments and returns.
- Review top two customers quarterly with internal teams as well as with the customers.
- Review and evaluate spending by agency per customer.
- Obtain and communicate customer engagement opportunities, such as event calendars, visibility opportunities, and sampling.
- Increase eCommerce operating knowledge and skills within the team.
Skills
Qualification Criteria
- Minimum two years of experience in FMCG or an analytical role.
- eCommerce experience.
- Graduate degree; MBA preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Market knowledge or sales experience is desirable.
