Job description
We are looking for a proactive, well-organized person to work as an administrative assistant clerk on our team. In order to maintain the efficient operation of the company, the Administrative Assistant Clerk will be a vital member of our administrative team, helping with a variety of clerical and administrative duties and support to different company workstream. Strong organizational and ability to multi-tasks, meticulousness, and familiarity with office software and communication tools are requirements for the perfect candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with general office duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
- Manage various office supplies, ensuring they are stocked and readily available.
- Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain and update company databases and records.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,400.00 per month

- Knowledge of office equipment, including printers, scanners, and photocopiers.
- With 2-5 Yeaars UAE Experience
- Fluent in English Written and Oral Communication
