Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Location: Dubai


Role Summary:

The Supply Chain Coordinator plays an integral role in ensuring the smooth operation of supply chain activities, from procurement to delivery. This position involves overseeing the logistics of supply chain to optimize efficiency and productivity, while also maintaining cost-effectiveness.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop a high-level view of our current supply chain strengths, challenges, and opportunities
  • Create new reporting and tracking processes to ensure leadership has accurate and useful information
  • Liaise with vendors and transportation partners to determine ideal scheduling and timelines
  • Develop contingency plans to account for temporary materials or transportation disruption
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with logistics service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
  • Implement and oversee inventory management practices to ensure optimal stock levels, reduce holding costs, and minimize waste through efficient inventory turnover.



Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, logistics, or a relevant field.
  • 2 years of experience with complex logistics planning, vendor relationship management, and forecasting.
  • Ability to manage logistics of all aspects of supply chain, from product development to the shipment of finished items.
  • Strong proficiency with spreadsheets
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
