- The individual will organise, execute and monitor all administrative requirements that include facility maintenance and paperwork
- Strong organisational skills are important, that includes coordination with multiple parties simultaneously and multi-tasking.
- Strong communication skills are important, that include written, verbal, and interpersonal.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines on an ongoing basis.
- As a Receptionist, Warmly welcome and assist visitors upon their arrival. Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
