The Policy Section Head is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for leading the development and implementation of policies that align with our strategic goals. This position requires a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and the ability to navigate complex political landscapes. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in policy formulation and analysis. The Policy Section Head will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that policies are not only compliant but also effective in driving organizational success.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development and implementation of organizational policies.
  2. Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform policy decisions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure policy alignment with organizational objectives.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing policies and recommend improvements.

  6. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and the board.

  8. Facilitate training sessions to educate staff on new policies.
  9. Manage a team of policy analysts and support their professional development.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of policy development processes.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration
  • UAE/Expats
  • 7 years + experience in Policy, Strategic, Implementation
  • Museum experience is a must
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and governance.
