HSEQ Coordinator

Job Description:

  • To prepare IJOF (Internal Job Order Form) and to review all Contractual documents, Micoda quotations, Client Scope of Work, Shop drawings

etc. upon client P.O. receipt in order to ensure correctness

  • To prepare and implement Works Programs, ITPs, Staff resources assignment and Tools/Equipment needs in order to properly manage

production and to complete the jobs on time.

  • To coordinate and follow up with Engineering and Purchasing departments for MRFs and POs issuance as per Work Programs.
  • To supervise Fabrication as per schedule and to ensure that equipments are manufactured as per Quality standard, provided design and

within stipulated delivery time.
