Reed Recruitment Middle East is currently looking for a Travel Retail Manager for a Luxury Retail Group.

Responsibilities:

Sales and Revenue Management:

• Drive sales and meet or exceed store targets.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales associates.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance team performance.

Customer Service:

• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Inventory Management:

• Oversee stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory logistics.

Marketing and Promotions:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers.
• Organize in-store events and promotions to boost sales.

Financial Management:

• Manage budgets and financial records.
• Monitor expenses and optimize cost-efficiency.

Requirement :

• The ideal candidate could be preferably with Travel Retail/Distribution experience in Luxury Retail/FMCG
• Must have a bachelor or master’s degree in marketing/business management/related field
• Must be presentable, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The position requires high level of proficiency Computer skills , I.e. Excel, Microsoft words etc .
• UAE Driving License is essential . The candidate should be able to travel within the GCC on business.
• Multilingual candidates will be preferred for this role
