Position: Recruiter HR
Location: ERE Homes, Dubai
Experience: 2 to 3 years in recruitment
Nationality: Preference for European candidates, but open to other nationalities with excellent communication skills
Salary: Negotiable during face-to-face interview
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Weekends Off)

- Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and assist with negotiations.
Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of recruitment experience.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Preference for European candidates, but open to other nationalities with the right skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
