Job Summary:
We are seeking for a HR Generalist to join SUNGROW Middle East & African Regional HR team. This position will play a vital role to implement HR policies and programs, which requires a well-rounded HR professional who can effectively support organization development, talent acquisition, training and development, employee relations, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers and talent acquisition team to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Facilitate the onboarding process and orientation training for new employees, ensuring them a smooth and efficient transition into the company.
- Keep track of local labour law and regulations updates, assist in developing, implementing, and communicating HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct employee’s engagement surveys, one-on-one meetings and exit interviews, analyse employees’ feedback and suggestions to identify areas for improvement, assist to implement programs that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through implementing engagement initiatives and organizing team building and cultural activities.
- Assist in design and organize learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Handle general HR administrative tasks, maintain HR databases and generate HR reports and analytics when needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degrees in human resources or related management field.
- With comprehensive understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and maintain data accuracy.
- Able to communicate effectively by speaking and writing in Arabic is a plus.
