Duties and Responsibilities:
• Generating client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property.
• Prospecting new business through warm calling/emailing our existing databases
• Search open listings to find properties
• Developing a competitive market price by performing real estate market analysis.
• Get connected and expand the reach of your network.
• Creating lists for real estate sale properties, with information on location, features, square footage, etc.
• Understand the real estate laws such as rental contracts, buying and selling constitutions
• Study your local real estate community and be knowledgeable on current residential and commercial sale/rent
• Obtain and maintain exclusive listings of your own
• Showing properties to potential buyers and renters.
• Presenting purchase offers to sellers.
• Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers.
• Reviewing purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
• Presenting loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction.
• Stay current with real estate markets, trends, and best practices.
• Identify which assets are a property’s top selling points for the neighborhood, plus pinpoint the best places to invest money in improvements
• Photograph the property, inside and out
• Supervise and/or schedule property showings and open house events
• Coordinate appraisals and inspections
Skills
- Valid Real Estate License in the relevant state or the ability to obtain one quickly
• Excellent communication skills and ability to network to build your business
• Ability to understand and present contracts
• Strong work ethic, and pleasant and trustworthy demeanor
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills
• Must have the tenacity to pursue every lead and professionally represent your client.
