Position: Real Estate Admin Assistant

Budget: AED 4,000 to AED 4,500

Requirement: Minimum of 1 year of Real Estate experience in Dubai

Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized Real Estate Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our sales team in a full-time, on-site role. This position primarily involves assisting sales agents with administrative tasks, managing property listings, and handling essential paperwork.

Skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update property listings on platforms like Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
  • Handle the DLD (Dubai Land Department) permit process, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Draft, process, and manage contracts, leases, and agreements.
  • Arrange property viewings, coordinate schedules, and organize appointments for the sales team.
  • Conduct telesales activities, including reaching out to potential clients, presenting Bekko Properties' services, and following up on leads.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, assisting with everyday tasks and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Maintain records and serve as a liaison for internal communication.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing property listings on platforms such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
  • Familiarity with the DLD permit process and Dubai’s real estate regulations.
  • Experience in telesales or cold calling is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with an ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
