Job Purpose:
HR and Training Executive is responsible for providing support to Learning & Development & Human Resources department in the areas of training, employee engagement and employee relations. You will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs, providing guidance and support to employees. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant HR policies and procedures.
Responsibilites:
- Identify, develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs to ensure employees have the skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
- To ensure that training requirements set by DAMAC Hotels & Resorts are adhered and implemented.
- Create and maintain employee records, including tracking employee performance and training attendance.
- To ensure that each Damacian receives a minimum of training hours per month as per budget and requirement.
- Assist with the development of L&D & HR strategies and initiatives.
- To administer a system of employee training records, any other duties, which may be assigned to you from time to time as directed by Management.
- Monitor and analyze employee feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Prepare reports and presentations on HR activities and initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
- Develop and implement employee engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with all relevant HR policies and procedures
- Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed
Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 3 years' experience as HR & Training executive
- Worked within a multi-cultural environment
- Driving license & car is a must
- Flexible, strong communication with organisation and administrative skills
