We are seeking a HR Onboarding Assistant for our client, a renowned global luxury hospitality brand.
The HR Onboarding Assistant will play a crucial role in facilitating the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring that they are smoothly integrated into the organization.
This position has a contract duration of 6 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees, ensuring timely completion of all tasks and requirements.
- Prepare and organize onboarding materials, welcome kits, and necessary documentation for new hires.
- Assist new employees with completing HR forms, contracts, and any required documentation.
- Schedule and facilitate orientation sessions, ensuring that new hires receive a comprehensive introduction to company policies, culture, and expectations.
- Liaise with various departments (IT, operations, etc.) to ensure all necessary resources (e.g., workstations, email accounts, ID badges) are ready for new employees on their first day.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and local labor laws.
- Provide ongoing support to new hires during their probationary period to ensure a smooth transition and integration into their roles.
- Support the HR team with administrative tasks, including organizing meetings, coordinating employee events, and assisting with other HR-related functions.
- Monitor feedback from new hires on the onboarding process and suggest improvements to enhance the experience.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HR software systems is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive and approachable demeanor with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
