We are seeking a meticulous and experienced CRM Manager for a prominent international brokerage company expanding into Dubai. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a leading firm in the dynamic Middle Eastern financial hub. In this role, you will design and manage customer relationship strategies, enhance departmental data processes, and nurture client relationships.


Responsibilities:

•Develop and implement advanced CRM strategies to retain and expand the customer base.

•Manage the CRM system, including its implementation, maintenance, and upgrades to improve operational efficiency.

•Analyze customer data and generate business insights to support strategic decision-making.

•Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience.

•Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer relationship management.


Qualifications:

•At least 2 years of experience in CRM management, preferably within the financial industry.

•Proven experience in leading CRM implementation projects and driving process improvements.

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi is a significant advantage.

•Deep understanding of leading CRM technologies and trends in customer relationship management.

•High analytical ability and experience in interpreting complex data.

•Relevant academic degree is an advantage.
