This is a full-time on-site role. As a receptionist, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Managing front desk activities
- Receiving and handling mails
- Provide general admin and office support
- Greet and meet visitors and directing them to the relevant person / office
- Maintain smooth functioning of the company by supporting in-house members with general organizational tasks as per requirement.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Use communication channels like telephone, emails, and fax to convey precise information as per the visitor's requirement.
- Carry general clerical tasks like scanning, photocopying, faxing, and taking notes as per requirement.
Skills
- Solid English; written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experienced professional with a proven record of managing front desk / admin activities and improving company's hospitality level
