Job Description


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Engineer:

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote Top Laser Company’s CNC machines.

- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the region.

- Provide expert technical support and product information to clients.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials.

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.

- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

- Meet and exceed sales targets, while providing regular performance reports.


Maintenance Engineer:

- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines at client sites.

- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues efficiently.

- Schedule and conduct preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.

- Train clients on the operation and maintenance of CNC machinery.

- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and manage spare parts inventory.

- Stay informed about the latest technologies and advancements in CNC machinery.


Skills

 Qualifications:


- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales or maintenance of CNC machines, specifically in Saudi Arabia or the UAE.

- Skills:

 - In-depth technical knowledge of CNC machinery and operations.

 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.

 - Proven track record of developing client relationships.

- Language: Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.

- Nationality: Must be Pakistani.
