The HRBP will be working closely with the Head of HR, to develop HR Processes, implement initiatives, develop company policies and procedures, ensuring the business is compliant with UAE Labor Law, manage the full employee lifecycle, accountable for all HR operations.
The HRBP will also handle performance management, staff appraisals, performance reviews and lead talent management and retention by recommending best-practice workplace initiatives.
Requirements:
- To be a successful applicant for this role, our client requires someone who has 8-10 years of experience and ability to handle a 360 HR role, developing the HR Function to meet the organisations goals and contribute to business growth, whilst managing the operational needs. This role will be the main point of contact for all employees within the UAE.
