Job Description:

  • Developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand the company’s market presence.
  • Managing and mentoring the sales team, cultivating relationships with key clients and stakeholders, and identifying new business opportunities
  • Monitoring sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet evolving market conditions.
  • Preparing and presenting regular sales reports and forecast.
  • Conducting regular sales meetings to review progress and refine strategies

Salary:                         up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus commission

Qualifications:

  • Open to Arabic and Asian nationalities
  • 40 years old and below
  • Must have Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage
  • Must have at least 5-10 yrs of experience in a sales leadership role with a track record of exceeding targets
