- Developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand the company’s market presence.
- Managing and mentoring the sales team, cultivating relationships with key clients and stakeholders, and identifying new business opportunities
- Monitoring sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet evolving market conditions.
- Preparing and presenting regular sales reports and forecast.
- Conducting regular sales meetings to review progress and refine strategies
