This role will be the first point of contact for every employee query across the region, to support the automation process among the People Operations department and allow a constant support to every employee in our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve HR tickets from employees, managers, and the P&C team to answer all tier 1 HR questions & Workday inquiries
- Produce required documents, troubleshoot Workday tasks, and support employees in all general HR inquiries.
- Draft process documentation or enhancements to existing processes
- Create SOPs, Workflows and update Trackers for the various Business Processes managed by People Solutions across markets with its Country specific requirements and policies.
Candidate: Must be a UAE National and have a family book.
