This role will be the first point of contact for every employee query across the region, to support the automation process among the People Operations department and allow a constant support to every employee in our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve HR tickets from employees, managers, and the P&C team to answer all tier 1 HR questions & Workday inquiries
  • Produce required documents, troubleshoot Workday tasks, and support employees in all general HR inquiries.
  • Draft process documentation or enhancements to existing processes 
  • Create SOPs, Workflows and update Trackers for the various Business Processes managed by People Solutions across markets with its Country specific requirements and policies.


Candidate: Must be a UAE National and have a family book.


Skills

  • Arabic (Mother tongue)
  • Attention to detail, process-oriented, organized, good communication skills
  • High level of English spoken and written.
