Position Summary

Nespresso UAE is looking to hire B2B Sales Representatives in Dubai, to acquire new customers in the offices channel strategic segments (Medium and Large offices) and/or evolve the business with existing customers in the assigned geographical territory in the UAE focusing on Dubai to deliver agreed upon objectives and targets.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

  • Aligned with the Sales Field Plan, identify sales opportunities within designated territory.
  • Identify and contact prospects using diverse methods and tools (cold calling/visit, social media, events...)
  • Acquire new customers by following the Nespresso B2B Offices Channel Guidelines
  • Liaise with B2B Sales Support and CRC teams to ensure flawless execution of lead management activities.
  • Increase business with existing customers / maximize penetration rate in a customer.
  • Use of CRM system to grow / maintain existing customers.
  • Provide market intelligence to the sales team.
  • Liaise with B2B Sales Support and CRC teams to ensure flawless execution of customer lifecycle management.
  • Collect accurate inputs to ensure compliance of the Sales Process
  • Compliance with Nespresso Business Principles and policies including the trade policy, sales policy, local trade terms, safety, and legal regulations.

What Will Make You Successful…

  • Minimum 3-5 Yeas B2B Business/Sales Experience.
  • Demonstrated good level of leadership and qualities in school/university or during previous work experience.
  • Delivered results/KPIs of previous position.
  • Strong work ethic & Team player
  • Strong customer focus
  • Solid interpersonal/communications skills/good at building relationships
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Rigorous and disciplined.
  • Able to work remotely and independently in the assigned territory.
