Job Description:

  • Directs all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales.
  • Manages organizational sales by developing a business plan and oversees the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Maintains sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
  • Develops a highly-motivated sales team that consistently exceeds customer expectations and is prepared to provide world-class customer service.
  • Takes Health, Safety & Environment lead in ensuring “safe systems of work” and “safe conditions” are in place within area of responsibility.

Qualifications:

  • 50 years old and below
  • Bachelor’s degree in Retail Sales Management, Business, Marketing or Accounting & Finance
  • Minimum of 5 years in the sales field under Paint industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
