Job Summary
A CRM manager’s role is pivotal to managing the user’s activities within our business. A CRM Manager will be responsible for setting up engagement strategies towards users to maximize retention, and user lifetime and drive sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement CRM strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty.
- Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns using CRM tools, analyzing results to optimize future efforts.
- Work closely with sales and customer service teams to align CRM strategies with business goals.
- Monitor and report on CRM metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage CRM software and tools, ensuring they meet organizational needs and enhance user experience.
- Analyze customer behaviour and feedback to identify opportunities for product development and service improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of previous experience in CRM Management.
- Strong understanding of CRM Tools.
- Previous 3–5 years of experience in the UAE within e-commerce.
- Previous management of a high volume of users.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
- Proficiency in English.
