Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell off-plan properties to investors and home buyers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, guiding them through the sales process.
- Stay up to date with Dubai’s real estate market trends and current off-plan project developments.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including follow-up and post-sale support.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance property promotions.
- Attend property launches, events, and exhibitions to network with potential buyers.
Work from office - office located in Dubai South Headquarters
Skills
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous experience in real estate sales, with a focus on off-plan properties preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market.
- Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages are a plus).
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
