Key Responsibilities:


  • Actively promote and sell off-plan properties to investors and home buyers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, guiding them through the sales process.
  • Stay up to date with Dubai’s real estate market trends and current off-plan project developments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including follow-up and post-sale support.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance property promotions.
  • Attend property launches, events, and exhibitions to network with potential buyers.


Work from office - office located in Dubai South Headquarters

Skills

Qualifications & Requirements:


  • Previous experience in real estate sales, with a focus on off-plan properties preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages are a plus).
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven.
  • Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
