We are seeking professional and detail-oriented Cashiers to join our Restaurant teams.
The ideal candidate will handle all cash and card transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
As the face of the payment process, you will engage with guests, answer any billing inquiries, and contribute to an elevated dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payments efficiently and accurately;
- Ensure the balance of the cash register at the beginning and end of shifts'
- Provide guests with receipts and manage any billing inquiries;
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cashier area;
- Work closely with the waitstaff and management to ensure a seamless guest experience;
- Maintain knowledge of the menu and restaurant promotions to assist guests when necessary.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in high-end restaurants or Hospitality is preferred;
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail;
- Excellent customer service and communication skills;
- Ability to handle high-pressure environments with grace and professionalism.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
