Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our day-to-
day operations, focusing on the efficient management of our blue-collar
workforce and logistics. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record
in operations management within the hospitality or related service
industries, emphasizing operational efficiency, team leadership, and client
satisfaction.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee the daily operations of housekeeping staff and caregivers, ensuring optimal productivity and high standards of cleanliness and service.
- Develop and implement operational strategies and processes to improve efficiency, service quality, and client satisfaction.
- Schedule and coordinate staff assignments and logistics, ensuring timely completion of all tasks.
- Handle the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff, ensuring a skilled and competent workforce.
- Engage with clients to ensure their needs are met, addressing and resolving service-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
- Prepare and review operational reports and schedules for accuracy and efficiency, using data to inform decision-making.
- Foster a positive, cooperative work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and a culture of continuous improvement.
What Makes You Shine:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management,
or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years in operations management, preferably in hospitality or service industries, with experience managing blue-collar workforce.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate diverse teams.
- Familiarity with logistics, scheduling, and operational best practices.
- Excellent customer service orientation with strong problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality sector.
- Proficiency in operational management software and data analysis tools.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
