The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent across various industries. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent networking ,communication skills and a strong understanding of the recruitment process to be able to build their own desk. You will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide them with high-quality candidates who meet their requirements. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and business objectives.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and placement.
- Provide clients with market insights and advice on candidate availability and salary expectations.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance recruitment strategies and share best practices.
- Attend job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
- Build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs by continuously networking and engaging with potential candidates.
- Deliver exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
Skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients and candidates.
- Results-driven with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
