The Middle East Executive team are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team in the Dubai office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent across various industries. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent networking ,communication skills and a strong understanding of the recruitment process to be able to build their own desk. You will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide them with high-quality candidates who meet their requirements. Responsibilities:


- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and business objectives.

- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.

- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and placement.

- Provide clients with market insights and advice on candidate availability and salary expectations.

- Collaborate with team members to enhance recruitment strategies and share best practices.

- Attend job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to promote the company and attract potential candidates.

- Build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs by continuously networking and engaging with potential candidates.

- Deliver exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.


Skills

Requirements:


- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients and candidates.

- Results-driven with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding targets.

- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Proficient in using recruitment software and tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

- A proactive, self-motivated individual with a passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
