Position Overview:

We are seeking an organised and proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our rental properties. The ideal candidate will manage rental collections, guest relations, property maintenance, and help attract new guests through effective marketing strategies. This role also includes overseeing apartment upkeep, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.


Key Responsibilities:


Rental Collection Management:

  • Ensure timely collection of rental payments from guests.
  • Monitor rental income, issue invoices, and handle any payment discrepancies.

Guest Relations:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for guests before, during, and after their stay.
  • Resolve any guest concerns or issues and ensure high guest satisfaction.
  • Manage check-ins, check-outs, and guest communication through Airbnb and other platforms.

DTMC Portal Management:

  • Handle property registration and compliance with local regulations using the Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) portal.
  • Ensure all necessary permits and documents are up to date.

Maintenance and Cleaning Oversight:

  • Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning teams to ensure all apartments are well-maintained and guest-ready.
  • Address maintenance requests and schedule repairs as needed.

Marketing and Guest Attraction:

  • Support in marketing efforts to attract new guests and maintain high occupancy rates.
  • Assist with online listings, pricing strategies, and promotions.

Calendar Management:

  • Maintain an up-to-date booking calendar for all rental properties.
  • Ensure there are no booking conflicts and optimize availability.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare detailed rental reports, including income, expenses, and occupancy rates.
  • Maintain accurate records of rental transactions and guest information.


Skills

  • Experience in property management or hospitality (Airbnb/short-term rentals experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle guest relations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Knowledge of basic maintenance procedures and scheduling.
  • Proficient in managing booking calendars and preparing reports.
  • Experience in marketing and property promotion is a plus.
