What you will do
- Achieve/exceed monthly/annual sales targets while maximizing the profitability of the business by focusing on both net sales and gross margin earnings. This includes utilizing discounts as a tool to close deals
- Contact prospective customers and assigned accounts within the designated territory
- Conduct regular customer/field visits to assess business requirements and maintain healthy relationships to ensure top customer satisfaction levels
- Qualify customers by understanding their requirements and interests; matching these to various models
- Demonstrate trucks by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features, offering test drives, and explaining warranties and services
- Write sales orders, secure deposits, and process paperwork in accordance with established business policies
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Attend all sales meetings and modular training sessions, refresher courses that introduce new products, and inform the Sales Manager/Branch Manager if additional training is required
- Provide sales management information by completing reports
- Ensure monthly overdues are not more than the agreed target
Skills
Required skills to be successful
- 3+ years of experience in a Commercial Vehicle sales role at a dealership
- Mandatory experience in Medium & Heavy Duty Trucks Sales in UAE
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Very strong computer skills including Excel and Microsoft Office products
