Job Summary:

We are seeking a Logistics and Operations Supervisor specializing in warehousing to oversee and coordinate our warehousing and logistics activities. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of warehouse operations, and the ability to optimize processes for improved efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehousing operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping of goods.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate inventory management.
• Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance warehouse efficiency and safety.
• Train and mentor staff on best practices for warehousing and safety protocols.
• Manage budgets and control costs associated with warehousing operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehousing or logistics management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of inventory management systems and practices.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehousing.
• Experience with import/export processes and compliance.
