Synopsis
This role plays a key purpose in supporting and enabling the Loyalty partnerships team. This role will be responsible for owning key administrative processes and working with partners to guarantee smooth operations and managing campaigns to ensure partner growth. Responsibilities involve working with administrative systems (Ariba), Loyalty Management Systems (LMS) and legal contractual processes as well as external partners. Collaboration with internal stakeholders including finance, legal, procurement and marketing as well as external partners will be a core part of the role.
Accountabilities
Systems and Administration:
· Support finance processes to ensure billings are processed within agreed SLAs
· Reconcile and process payments and independently address any queries to ensure timely settlement
· Analyze data to identify and resolve queries
· Collaborate with legal to support and manage partner contracts
· Identify systems to automate and drive projects to effectively automate processes
Partner Growth & Promotions:
· Work effectively with retail partners to reach growth targets in the budget
· Create campaigns and monitor campaign performance (calculate ROI, profit and uplift)
· Collaborate with marketing and partners to promote partnership through own and partner channels
· Effectively onboard partners through contract drafting and registration
· Seek new strategic partnerships to expand the portfolio
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field .
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a loyalty program or a related field, with experience working with loyalty management systems and other relevant platforms.
- Data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience managing external partners/ stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
