  • Data Analysis and Feedback: Monitor and analyze sales data, providing timely feedback on market trends and user needs to support company decision-making.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.


Skills

Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Hindi, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Work Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in online sales; experience in the internet gaming industry is preferred.
