We are looking for a friendly and responsible receptionist/administrator who will become the face of our spa, ensuring a warm welcome and maximum comfort for every guest. If you have excellent communication skills in both Russian and English, know how to maintain an atmosphere of coziness and care, and can easily organize team work, this position is for you!
Skills
Requirements:
- Native proficiency in Russian, with strong verbal and written communication skills;
- English language proficiency (B2+), with fluent verbal and written communication;
- Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage;
- Experience in guest relations in premium-level spas, salons, hotels, or restaurants serving VIP clients;
- Proficiency with software: Windows, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Experience working with booking systems;
- Knowledge of phone etiquette;
- Experience with cash register operations, opening/closing procedures, and cash accounting is a plus;
- Customer-focused, responsible, able to work in a team, and willing to grow professionally;
- Attention to detail, multitasking, and stress resistance when dealing with guests.
Responsibilities:
- Client bookings;
- Welcoming and processing payments for guests, maintaining communication during their visit;
- Receiving and handling all incoming calls and messages;
- Coordination with other departments to ensure flawless service;
- Managing cash operations and working with a cash register;
- Preparing daily reports, opening, and closing the day;
- Managing inventory, monitoring stock inflow and outflow.
