Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the achievement of sales and distribution goals aligned with the Modern Trade Channel and overall brand objectives for the organization.
  • Enhance business profitability through effective negotiations and advertising & promotion (A&P) management, ensuring optimal return on investments.
  • Lead and inspire the frontline sales team through hands-on coaching and mentorship in the field.
  • Execute channel and customer plans effectively, ensuring adherence to established agreements.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to assess performance and strategize improvements.
  • Manage monthly sales forecasts and stock levels, prioritizing effective stock management practices.
  • Oversee timely collection of payments from trade partners and ensure accurate reconciliations of principal recoveries.
  • Regularly analyze market conditions, track competitors, and maintain strong relationships with relevant stakeholders to gather market intelligence.

Skills


  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the FMCG Modern Trade channel.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to make strategic business decisions effectively.
